Black Politics 2.0

BLACK POLITICS 2.0 was released in November of 2015 and the title is a metaphor for the evolving politics that characterizes the black community since we have gained the ‘right to vote’. Whether African Americans enjoy the right to vote or whether we have the privilege to vote is a relevant question, in 2018.

We commend to book and note book is a backstory of the work was conceived in 2008 during the presidential campaign of Senator Barack Obama. The campaign and book are unique because the substance of both the campaign and book the result of a coalition between Republicans and Democrats, dubbed “New Era Coalition.”

On the other hand, as a metaphor, Black Politics 2.0 is a political aspiration because black politics on the whole seems to be stuck on politics 101. And the general outcome of politics 101 is ultimately a circular political exercise and an illusory proposition…

Black Politics 2.0 is associated with how electoral politics (Democratic & Republican Parties) operates in the world of phenomena. This open discourse is contrasted by the history of how the black community engaged electoral politics during the 19th century, 20th century, and here in 2nd decade of the 21st century. The book advocates an ongoing political discourse to elevate how grassroots politics can be improved going forward.
